The executive coaching engagement is a monthly, structured process built around bi-weekly coaching sessions, manager updates, and two targeted results the executive commits to during the engagement. Sessions are delivered via video, supplemented by on-demand support between sessions.
One-on-One coaching at Trailhead Results is deliberately positioned as a results tool, not a development program. Clients are working managers who need practical guidance on real challenges: a difficult conversation, a performance issue, a team dynamics problem, a promotion they're not ready for. Sessions are structured but adaptive tied to what the client is dealing with right now, not a curriculum.

Engagement Type: Fractional Recruiting & Retention Services
The Challenge: Driver turnover reached 148% annually. Driver managers had no consistent onboarding or retention process. Running 30 temporary staffing drivers. The operations team believed they could not fill trucks or attract drivers as the job has always been ‘too hard.’
The Approach: Started as a 90-day engagement. Conducted a full systems review, conducted interviews with staff and drivers, and benchmarked the job. Aligned operations & recruiting on the job specifics, defined metrics, updated the job ads, the onboarding scripts, and implemented a weekly accountability call with site managers and recruiting.
The Result: Turnover dropped from 148% to 92% in six months. All temporary drivers were removed within 45 days. On-time service and customer satisfaction improved. Location account profitability improved from a 91 OR to 84 OR. Handed the process back to the Recruiting team.
